Thirty U.S. states have introduced legislation demanding healthier workplaces. This anti-workplace bullying legislation is known as the Healthy Workplace Bill and would:

  • Create a legal claim for bullying targets who can prove they were subjected to malicious, health-harming behavior
  • Provide defenses for employers who act preventively and responsively to discourage frivolous claims.
